Our Story
Hi, I'm Zoraida. My husband Renato and I founded San Juan Bookkeeping on a simple truth: business owners should focus on their passion, not their spreadsheets.
Having owned and operated a high-volume restaurant in Los Angeles for nearly a decade, we lived the long hours and daily pressure of keeping the books straight while running operations. Drawing on over 20 years of combined expertise in the business and financial landscape, we built San Juan Bookkeeping to give entrepreneurs the high-level financial clarity usually reserved for big corporations—without the big-budget price tag.
We don't just handle your transactions—we partner directly with you to make sure your business stays healthy and your hard-earned profit stays protected. My foundation in finance began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and a Certificate in Accounting Services, which evolved into earning my Intuit Bookkeeping Certification and designation as a QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisor. To ensure your business stays protected and compliant, I am a CA CTEC Registered Tax Preparer (A367380) and currently an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) Candidate.
